You are:
Enthusiastic: An energetic, passionate and outgoing person who can inspire people to want to do business with you.
Likable: People skills are vital, and although you can always improve them, you must begin with a genuine ability to turn most strangers into friends.
Customer focused: Knowing and respecting the needs of the customer. You know when to talk and when to listen, and how to get things across in a way the customer will understand. Must always maintain privacy of clients and our company.
Business-like: You can think on your feet, make decisions and of course comply with the Licence requirements. You are able to set your own goals. You can work in a team environment as well as individually. Good communication skills.
Financially Stable: A level of financial security that provides for the Licence to be purchased without major debt being incurred or without a disproportionate balance of debt/equity. You will show sufficient resources to provide comfortable cash flow through the establishment of the business during the first twelve months of trading.
Tidy In Appearance: You take pride in your general grooming. You are an advertisement for your business, and as a Licensee you are also an advertisement for the “Advance Diagnostics” brand.
Skills/Attributes: You are confident, energetic, honest, trustworthy and dedicated. Preferably a Science Graduate, having sales experience in the health care industry or a nursing background would be of an advantage. Your personality will compliment “Advance Diagnostics” and you care about making a difference.
Passionate: Our team is passionate and pride themselves in the products and services they provide. You will enjoy this field of work and become passionate about promoting awareness of Advance Diagnostics. Be prepared to meet objectives and work within a quality frame work.
